Joovy Too Qool Double Tandem Stroller Review
The Joovy Too Qool Double Tandem Stroller is a high-end luxury double stroller by Joovy. The front seat is recommended for children 3 months of age and up. (If you use a car seat adapter, you can use the front seat for children younger than 3 months). The rear seat is recommended for children 6 months of age and up. The front seat is adjustable and can face either forward or backwards. This stroller can also be used as a single stroller as well as a double stroller. Joovy claims that each seat can hold a child up to 55 pounds. That claim is probably true. However complaints from many parents suggest that because of the way the stroller is designed that taller children simply will not have enough headroom when the protective sun canopies are down thus making it impractical to use for taller children.

Pros
- The seating fabrics are superb.
- The Joovy Too Qool comes in 10 great colors.
Cons
- The price of this stroller is very high compared to other double strollers.
- The biggest complaint about the Joovy Too Qool is the lack of headroom. It seems that once your kids get a little taller they will not even have enough headroom to use the sun canopies so it is doubtful that each seat can hold a child up to 55 pounds as Joovy claims at least in a practical sense.
- Another complaint is the design of the canopies. Some parents say that the angle of the canopy limits the use of the canopies themselves.
- The back seat has limited space. The front seat cannot be reclined all the way back, when facing forward, without limiting the child in the back seat. Also when you have a child in the back seat a lot of your storage space from your bottom basket will be lost.
Overall Review and Verdict
After reading the reviews on Amazon and elsewhere I cannot recommend that anyone should buy this stroller. I feel that you should definitely look for another stroller option.
